Subject: Who's Your Super Hero? (True Story)
This story is strange but true:
An 11-year old autistic boy in Bangkok, frightened during his first day at a new school, climbed out of a window.
It looked like the kid was going to fall, or jump off the balcony.
Then, a quick-thinking firefighter had an idea.
He rushed back to the fire station to get his Spiderman costume, after hearing the boy's mother telling his teacher how much he loved superheroes.
Dressed as Spiderman, the firefighter coaxed the boy down from the balcony to safety.
He wouldn't listen to his teachers, or even his mother, but Spiderman was the one he listened to.
All kids have heroes. Sometimes they're real, sometimes fiction.
But these heroes are unstoppable in their eyes. They can do anything, and as kids we want to be just like them.
Fearless and brave and confident.
Then we grow up, and we lose our belief in Santa Claus, the Tooth Fairy, and flying superheroes with powers.
We let the world defeat us a little bit. We forget about our dreams.
So, for today, take a minute to think about who your hero was when you were younger, and why.
Were they the bravest? The fastest? The strongest? The smartest?
And, if you were choosing a hero today, who would it be?
Find someone who you really admire--usually, we look up to people who have the qualities we wish we had.
Notice how they act, what they say, the choices they make, the people they help.
Notice the things that make them great.
These are the small details you want to take note of, so that you can use them yourself.
Now realize that you can achieve those things, too.
With a little help from the Physiology of Excellence.
And who knows? Maybe you can be someone's hero, too...

And this week, it's still half price.
